Store Policies

This page outlines the public store rules for age restriction, invoice review, payment processing, and Connecticut hemp/cannabis guardrails. It is not legal advice; final clearance should come from counsel, Connecticut DCP guidance where applicable, and Square's CBD/hemp program review.

• Age restriction.
  Visitors must confirm they are 21 or older before using the site. Order submission also requires a 21+ confirmation and local-law acknowledgement.
• Invoice-only ordering.
  No payment is captured for seed archive items on the website. Requests generate a custom invoice/order record and send confirmation to chef@chefsgenetix.com for direct review.
• Square gate.
  Square checkout remains disabled for seed archive items until Square CBD/hemp approval is complete and each item has supporting COA documentation confirming Delta-9 THC status.
• Connecticut gate.
  The site excludes THC ingestibles, infused beverages, synthetic cannabinoids, and moderate/high-THC hemp products unless the business has the required Connecticut license/certificate for that product class.
• No cultivation or medical claims.
  Public product pages do not provide germination/cultivation instructions, therapeutic claims, intoxication claims, disease claims, or performance guarantees.
• Private archive access.
  Expanded lineage, breeder history, batch documentation, origin notes, and provenance are sent only through private member access and remain educational, archival, and preservation-reference material.
