Name, email, phone, shipping details, order notes, requested items, and private member preferences may be collected when submitted through the website.
How information is used.
Information is used to review requests, confirm availability, send order receipts, provide private archive access, and respond to customer questions.
Email list.
Private member and email-list requests are used for Chef Budz Genetix archive updates, batch documentation, product announcements, and direct support.
Payment data.
This staging storefront does not collect card data. When Square checkout is enabled, payment information will be handled by Square according to Square's own policies.
Data sharing.
Information may be shared with service providers only when needed for email delivery, order processing, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, site hosting, or legal requirements.
Cookies and site storage.
The site may use browser storage for age-gate status and the local order list. Future analytics, Square, or Printful features may add service cookies or similar technologies.
Retention and security.
Order, member, and communication records are kept as needed for business, tax, dispute, support, and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
