Refund Policy

No payment is captured when an order request is submitted through this website. Refund handling begins only after a reviewed invoice or approved payment step has occurred.

  • Before payment.
    You may ask to cancel an order request before payment is made. If the request is declined during review, no website payment has been captured.
  • Collectible archive items.
    After approval, payment, and fulfillment, collectible archive items are final sale except where a refund or replacement is required by law, the wrong item was sent, or an item was damaged in transit.
  • No outcome guarantee.
    Archive item descriptions are educational and preservation-reference notes only. Refunds are not offered for cultivation, germination, performance, phenotype, medical, or legal-use expectations.
  • Merchandise.
    Merch returns or replacements are reviewed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Print-on-demand products may not be returnable for buyer's remorse, size choice, or color preference unless the item was fulfilled incorrectly.
  • Reporting an issue.
    Email chef@chefsgenetix.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos if applicable, and a short description of the issue.
  • Approved refunds.
    Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
