By using this website, requesting private member access, or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms. These terms are written for customer clarity and should be reviewed by counsel before final production launch.

Adult access only.
You must be 21 or older to use this website, request archive access, or submit an order request.
Collectible archive purpose.
Listed genetics are presented as adult collectible, educational, archival, and preservation-reference items where lawful. Public pages do not provide cultivation instructions, medical advice, therapeutic claims, or performance guarantees.
Local law responsibility.
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to your location. Chef Budz Genetix may decline or cancel any request based on age, destination, documentation, product eligibility, inventory, payment status, or legal review.
Order requests.
Submitting the order form creates a request for review. It does not complete a sale, reserve inventory indefinitely, or capture payment.
Payment processing.
Card data is not collected by this website in its current invoice-request flow. When Square checkout is enabled, payment details will be handled by Square and subject to Square terms and review.
Private member archive.
Expanded lineage, breeder history, batch documentation, origin notes, and provenance may be shared with private members by email or private archive link. Access may be limited, suspended, or declined at any time.
Merchandise.
Merchandise availability, fulfillment timing, substitutions, and shipping details are confirmed during review. Print-on-demand items may be fulfilled by third-party providers when enabled.
Website content.
Names, logos, designs, text, images, and archive material belong to Chef Budz Genetix or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chef Budz Genetix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to site use, order requests, archive access, or third-party services.
